EU - Right of Withdrawal

Your Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EC, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of your order being delivered to you, or your order being made available for collection, without cause. You must then return your entire order to Boden within 14 days of completing the withdrawal process, by following the usual returns process. 

You can still cancel your order in accordance with the timeframes set out in our Help Page here, or you can return part or your whole order under our returns policy, within 28 days of your order being delivered to you or available for collection. You can withdraw from your Boden order in one of the following ways:

1 - Visit My Account or our Returns Portal and follow the instructions to create a return.

2 - Click here to exercise your right of withdrawal electronically – This will open your email application with a pre-populated withdrawal request. Please complete any missing information and send the email to us. Once we receive your request, we'll acknowledge receipt by email.
3 - Contact Customer Services.
